VERS (\ˈvəәrs\), meaning “fresh” in Dutch, reflects not only Executive Chef and Owner Jonathan Haffmans’ heritage, but also the restaurants’ main principle to create dishes from scratch using fresh, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Located on Cape Cod, our brand new, state-of-the-art, 1100-square-foot kitchen services all three of our unique dining concepts:

VERS Restaurant & Patisserie | At our Restaurant and Patisserie, in the lower level rear of the building, you will find our modern French patisserie during the day and our refined dining experience by night.

VERS at the Orpheum | Housed within the recently renovated, historic Chatham Orpheum Theater, VERS at The Orpheum offers all-day dining for theater-goers.
